Shipping policy

We ship all parcels with Posten. Download the Posten app for easier tracking.

The parcel will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. (2-4 days' delivery ) 

Parcels to Sweden, Denmark, and the rest of Europe are shipped with UPS.

There is an additional fee of NOK 390 per parcel for parcels to Svalbard.

If you wish to collect the parcels yourself in Råde, you can email post@kitchenoutlet.no and arrange collection. 

Orders can be collected at Torvbanen 9, 1640 Råde.

You can pay using Vipps, Klarna, or cash when collecting the parcels yourself.

For uncollected parcels, the customer will be charged a fee to cover our costs related to packaging, shipping, administration, and the risk associated with the item. We will refund your money once we have received the parcels in their entirety.

Fees for uncollected parcels 

NOK 2100 for orders over NOK 7000 

NOK 1100 for orders over NOK 3000 

NOK 700 for orders over NOK 1500 

NOK 500 for orders over NOK 1000

NOK 250 for orders under NOK 700
