Right of Withdrawal / Returns 

The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase.

The right of withdrawal is conditional on you notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the delivery (withdrawal period). 

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be returned to us in approximately the same quantity and condition as when you received it.

All products must be returned to us within a reasonable time (14 days). Any return shipping must be paid by you. Right of Withdrawal Act, section (I) 

i.	The consumer must bear the costs of returning the goods if the right of withdrawal is exercised. If, by their nature, the goods cannot normally be returned by post, the costs of returning the goods must be disclosed.

We are obliged to refund you the amount you paid for the item. 

A refund must be made within 14 days after we have received the product from you. 

The products must be returned to us in their original packaging, with no damage to or markings on the package; the item must be undamaged and unused. 

Items may only be returned if the plastic packaging on all parts sealed in plastic is unopened and the seal is intact, and the item is undamaged.

To have your return approved, follow the steps below 

1. Pack the products in the same way as you received them 

(if the plastic seal on If the plates have been opened or unsealed, we consider the products used and do not accept returns, even if you have taped the plastic back up)

2. Purchase shipping label at posten.no or at the post office where you collected the parcels 

3. Send the parcels to our warehouse at Torvbanen 9, 1640 Råde

4. Email us the tracking number for all the parcels

5. You may deliver the products in person to our warehouse,
