How do I place an order?

Add the product to your cart and follow the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

If your order doesn't go through, try again or check whether you have a credit block. 

It's important that your email address is correct because the order confirmation is sent by email. 

If you are still having problems with your order, contact us by email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Vipps, and Klarna.

Is it safe to pay at KitchenOutlet?

Yes, we use Klarna Payments and Vipps, which are PCI DSS certified. Your card information is never stored with us.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, with Klarna you can split the payment at your own pace. You can find the options at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Normally 2–5 business days within Norway.

Delivery to Sweden and Denmark takes 5 days and is delivered to your home by UPS.

Delivery to the rest of Europe usually takes 5-8 days, depending on the quantity.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Are the products dishwasher-safe?

White porcelain and porcelain with decoration under or in the glaze can be washed in the dishwasher without any problems.

Gold and platinum decorations require extra care when washing. Incorrect Washing with too much detergent or at too high a water temperature can wear down the glaze.

We always recommend using rinse aid to preserve your tableware's durability and shine.

Always read the product description for each item of tableware to check whether it is dishwasher-safe. Wash tableware separately. Some newer dishwashers have a program for porcelain tableware. 

Can tableware be used in a microwave?

Each product description states whether it can be used in a microwave or not. Avoid using decorated tableware in the microwave.
